Eligibility Criteria
Malaysia Citizens with valid ID
- Able to commit fully to either our (i) 4-month full-time or (ii) 8-month part-time Coding Bootcamp
Complete and pass all 4 required projects
Strong foundation in coding is required. Graduating from our Coding Fundamentals course is preferred.
Has a strong intention to switch careers to become a software engineer and does not have previous work experience as a software engineer.
No previous work experience or formal training as a software engineer

The Code for Tomorrow MY Scholarship will select 10 candidates who will receive a 70% scholarship (worth MYR$19,600 / SGD$5,600) to enroll in Rocket Academy's Coding Bootcamp.

We do not offer job guarantees upon graduation. Instead, all our Bootcamp graduates will be put into an interview prep and job support program led by our founder. Together with other alumni, you will work on resumes, referrals, reviewing JDs and job offers.
Our job placement support will be limited to Malaysia. We do not provide work visa or immigration support.

All successful applicants will have to graduate from our Coding Fundamentals course first as it will provide you with the training and background needed for the rigour in Bootcamp.
*If you have a good foundation in coding, you may be exempted from our Coding Fundamentals course. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our Admissions Team.

If you are successfully shortlisted, we will reach out to you to arrange for next steps: an online interview and admission screening test.
